Greetings!

It’s that time again when we connect with all of you helping to bring psychedelic-assisted therapy to people in need. Let’s remind ourselves why we’re doing what we’re doing: We’re helping to tackle the burgeoning mental health crisis in our society.

As we seek to perfect the work we do and continue to hone our model, let’s not lose track of our most important mission: We’re helping traumatized people get their lives back!

My business background has taught me about the “gold rush” mentality that’s typical in any new marketplace: everyone rushes in but only those built for the long game ultimately prevail. We are confident that our model, which is all about forging partnerships with the experts who are doing the work, will prevail. As most of you know, we ally with organizations on the frontlines, helping them with resources and support to do their work even better.

But what we so often see in the psychedelic community is a siloed, “everyone for themselves” approach. Many are doing similar work but few are collaborating. Competitive market forces compel private businesses toward the most efficient use of resources, and from this perspective, collaboration is key. But it’s also what nature teaches us: We at HHCM are intent on building the kind of connections and partnerships that we find everywhere in the natural world.

In Unity,

Robert
